Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 weeks of receipt. If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave you a card.
It is recommended that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.

We use Australia Post for delivery of our parcels.
The expected delivery time is as follows

Postage & Handling
Australia – Postage & Handling is charged at a flat rate of $15 (including GST) per order.

Confectionery
Due to different customs laws and regulations and the variable & extreme conditions during delivery to countries outside of Australia, confectionery will only be delivered within Australia.

Shortages or Defects
Please help us to help you by reporting shortages or problems with your order within 48 hours of delivery. This will enable us to assist you in rectifying the problem without undue delay. Any faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge.

Products ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and in mint condition on return. Postage will be paid for by customer and a 10% administration charge will apply. Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods.
